Plain Goat Cheese

Goat -Henri Willig was the first who discovered that Gouda could be made of Goat milk. Nowadays Goat Gouda is quite common in The Netherlands and it is made in several cheese farms. Our Goat cheese has such a mild flavour that it almost melts on the tongue. Goat cheese goes very well with a glass of port wine.


Smoked-Goat Cheese

Smoked Goat Cheese -Just like the Smoked Cow cheese this Smoked Goat cheese is melted and then smoked on willow wood in a smokehouse. Contrary to the Smoked Cow cheese the Smoked Goat cheese is very hard to find because it is made from Goat milk. The Smoked Goat cheese adds a unique “goaty” flavour to our smoked cheese product line.


Smoked- Herb

Smoked Herbs Cheese -This cheese has temperament! We have added the finest herbs to this Smoked Cow cheese. The Smoked Herbs Cheese goes great with crackers or just eat it with one’s fingers.


Old Willig

Old Willig -This cheese is the older version of the natural Gouda. The old Willig has ripened for about 4 months and therefore the taste is a little bit sharper as the natural Gouda. Because the cheese has a paraffin layer the texture stays smooth and creamy and still easy to cut.


Baby-Gouda

Natural Gouda -The natural Gouda is a world famous cheese. Without any spices added, this cow milk cheese has a mild, creamy taste that has not changed since the Gouda cheese was first made several centuries ago. At least one natural Gouda should be added in each shopping cart to experience taste of the traditional Gouda


Baby-Edam-Cheese

Young Edam -Edam cheese was made in farms throughout North Holland and got its name, not only because it was sold here, but also because the recipe originated here. This perfectly round, red-waxed cheese is world-famous. The Edam cheese is made from semi-skimmed milk and has a lower fat content than the Gouda. It has a mild taste and a smooth texture. It is said that the unique flavor comes from the grazing pastures in North Holland. Unlike many other shops we sell the real Dutch Edam cheese.

Fenugreek Cheese

Fenugreek -Cheese with Fenugreek is a new cheese in our ‘cheese line’. Fenugreek is a seed, which already in the year 1600 before Christ was highly praised because of his medicinal strength, Fenugreek-tea was known as a rejuvenation drink and the ‘harem-ladies’ mixed the seeds with a sweetener and olive oil to get a nicer skin. The taste of the Fenugreek cheese is very similar to cheese with walnuts and it is at is best at cocktail time with a good glass of beer.

Cumin Seeds -Gouda cheese with cumin seeds belongs to the typical Dutch breakfast. No cereal for us, we prefer a sandwich with this delicious cheese. Kids love it and you will love it as well. When the sun goes down, this cheese goes well with some mustard and a glass of red wine.
